The 180-room property situated on a seven-acre site on historic Palm Canyon Drive is the flagship for the bourgeoning brand, built on the ethos of the rockstar treatment at every touchpoint. Inspired by hazy daydreams of California desert trips and the celebrated, mid-century vernacular of the city, BEYOND THE WEST designed the property with an appreciation for materiality to alchemize the desert light and create a guest experience unrivaled in the region. A perfect balance of contemporary details with a palette of nuanced textures and humble materials inspired by the property’s earliest days as a roadside motel, the hotel exudes warmth and personality; a repose from days spent poolside and nights stargazing.
